Should I buy warhawk in the PSN store or in the shops?

I'm thinking about getting warhawk...but first is it a worthwhile game?

Secondly should I buy it in the PSN store or in the shops? Thirdly What basicly do you do in the game?

2. You should buy it in the store online you pay i think $39.99 in the store you pay 59.99 and you get a free wireless headset that comes with it if you buy the wide box not just the game ok
