2. yes u can and i did. create and japan account. now is the tricky part. gr5p is 4500 yen. if u want the game that bad (like me), go to ebay and buy a 5000 yen playstation network card. they will email u the code and imput the code in the japan store. i clicked around until i found the page. good look. its worth it.
