Can you transfer games from one PSN account to another?

I bought Warhawk and some other games off the PS Store and I want to make a new account. I dont want to lose my games though, and I was wondering if there was a way to transfer games over to another account if I made one? Also is it possible to delete a PSN account once you've made a new one? Thanks!

1. You definitely can't delete your account on the PSN. And I'm not sure if you can transfer games to another account but I don't think you can do that as well.
